Battle Pass — Season 1 Foundation
The seasonal reward track goes live with tiered cosmetics, currency drops, and an admin catalog.
Season 1 of the Battle Pass introduces a 30-tier reward track with cosmetic skins, gems, and Ember Fragments. There is no gameplay pay-wall — every ability and chapter remains free for all players.
Design principles
- Cosmetic-only rewards: outfits, weapon skins, banners.
- Every tier is unlockable via free play; the Premium track (4.99 USD) simply doubles the cosmetic drops.
- Admin CMS (
/admin/battlepass/catalog) lets staff edit the reward list without shipping code. - A preview endpoint mirrors the live catalog for QA testing on staging.
Progression is stored in the cloud so a season completed on desktop follows you to mobile.
